What's your choice?

Leaf and Thistle Organics allows three substitutions per week (four in the larger boxes). Just phone us or email us by 6pm on Friday with what you would like dropped and some things you would like to see substituted and we will do our best to make these changes.

Sometimes, due to supply problems, we have to make unforeseen last-minute changes to your boxes. We would hate to put something in your box that you don't like (and didn't have the opportunity to substitute out) so we have developed a "No Thanks" list.

So please take a moment to review this list, and check of items that YOU DO NOT want to be surprised with.

This is your "No Thanks" list... Please note, by submitting this form, you will be over-writing any previous "No Thanks" list as sometimes tastes change. So, if you previously told us "No Thanks" to, for example, Strawberries, please be sure to click the box again now.
